This is a social and recreational program running fortnightly for low support and independent women with mental health issues, who may also have other physical disabilities. The group is facilitated by two workers and occurs every second Friday afternoon in South Melbourne and generally involves a social outing, activity or a presentation / workshop.  There is a dynamic range of activities offered and previous activities have included alternative massage workshops, visits to the movies, arts and craft workshops or bowling.  Transport is provided to those who live in the area.
